Meredith spent the first 12 years of her career in the fast-paced fashion industry travelling the globe unearthing emerging consumer products and platforms, creating B2B go to market strategies & executing on multi-million dollar launches into new markets.
Born out of her apartment, Meredith's brand & business sister agencies grew to serve retailers such as Amazon, Nordstrom,
Urban Outfitters, Isetan and H&M across six NA offices as well as to be featured by the likes of Vice, Glamour, Elle, and The NY Times.
In 2012, Meredith was tapped by the past Publisher of Vogue to launch Shopthefloor.com, the world's largest B2B wholesale apparel marketplace (acquired by UBM).
Today, Meredith stays busy as a national award-winning speaker, board member, and venture partner with Voyager Capital, as well as founder of a Next Gen startup incubator and youth fellowship. Over 50 companies graduated the incubator's flagship program to date, raising over $20m in early stage funding.

Senior Director, Global Business Development - Tech Sector
As a strategic leader & contributor to the Innovation Team, you will immerse yourself within the tech space to ensure ATB stays ahead of the curve. Responsible for business development through developing strategic frameworks to analyze new market opportunities (partner, acquire, build) and executing strategic transactions.
You will work collaboratively across Innovation (SVP of Innovation, Product, Operations, MD of AI & ML) to identify, evaluate, and secure partnership opportunities with leading FinTechs, emerging startups, venture capitalists, research institutions, innovation hubs, developer communities and more to help accelerate ATB’s growth - and both short and long term.
Location: Anywhere in Canada (international travel required)

Managing Director, Product and Platform - Tech Sector
As MD of Product and Platform you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of product designers, UX/UI and growth hackers in building products and services that have the potential to ignite new markets, drive growth for ATB, and shape millions of lives everyday.
You focus on 10X and leave the incremental thinking at home: if something doesn't have significant impact, you are the person to challenge whether or not it's worth doing.
You will play a critical role in shaping ATB’s innovation roadmap with the SVP of Innovation, ATB Research Partners (University of Alberta, MIT), along with cross functional groups (e.g. Data and Engineering). You’re a skilled creator and producer, adept at rallying teams around an idea, and driving it to reality. You can balance strong technical and tactical skills with the ability to tell a story that mobilizes the team towards a common goal - rewriting the rules of banking.
